Education

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Graduate-level study in acupuncture and oriental medicine. (3-4 yrs). The schools either grant a master's or doctoral degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture. You study the human body, disease, diagnosis, and general principles of Chinese medicine and acupuncture.
  • Pass a board or state licensing exam
  • Hours

  • May work part or full time and/or evenings and weekends.
