  • have good interpersonal skills
  • have the ability to work as part of a team
  • PHARMACY AIDES frequently:
  • greet customers, answer the telephone, and handle money.
  • fill out insurance claim forms.
  • stock incoming supplies
  • clean and maintain pharmacy equipment
  • ring up sales on the cash register
  • It is important that PHARMACY AIDES be able to:
  • prepare prescription labels using a computer
  • mix, package, and label pharmaceutical products under the direction of a pharmacist
  • constantly interact with customers and patients.
