Have good research, organizational, and analytical skills

PARALEGALS AND LEGAL ASSISTANTS frequently:

Sit for long periods of time when researching or filling out reports.

Repeat the same movements.

It is important that PARALEGALS AND LEGAL ASSISTANTS be able to:

See details of objects that are less than a few feet away.

Speak clearly so listeners can understand.

Understand the speech of another person.
